However, you could also be looking for a high-end place for yourself. I got you covered in both situations. I will be naming 6 of the cheapest places to live in Singapore as well as the top 5 high-end places.

6 Cheapest rental places to live in Singapore

The median rental price of a 4-room HDBs in all 6 of these areas is more than S$300 cheaper than the national average. The places are

 

  • Bukit Panjang 
  • Woodlands
  • Choa Chu Kang
  • Punggol

  • Sengkang
